Common questions

A few questions we get.

Are there discounts for booking early? No. Workshops are priced at the rate that lets us deliver them properly. We don't run early-bird, alumni, or volume pricing.

Are cohorts capped? We don't manufacture artificial scarcity. We do limit a session to the size that lets every team get the framework completed on real material — usually one organisation per session for the intensives.

Are these in person or virtual? Both. Virtual is the default. In-person available in New York or on-site at your offices (travel billed at cost).

Who delivers the workshop? Dr. Vandana Arcot, the founder, leads every workshop. No hand-off to a junior. That's also why dates are limited.

What about Global South pricing? Foundation sponsorship is the route for Global South nonprofit access — we work with sponsoring funders directly. Reach out and we'll route the conversation.

Can we do this as a private workshop? Yes — every workshop on this page is built to run private for a single organisation. The pricing above is the private-engagement rate.
