Who we are. Komselj ("we," "us," "our") is a practitioner-led counsel for nonprofits and philanthropists, founded by Dr. Vandana Arcot. This policy explains what information we collect through komselj.com, why, and what choices you have.
Information you give us directly — your name, email address, and organisation, when you: request a free audit, submit an expression of interest for the Retreat, send us a brief through the contact form, or purchase a workbook, bundle, or workshop.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
Site usage data — standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, referring site) collected automatically by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and performance purposes.
We use the information you provide to: deliver the workbook, audit, or resource you purchased or requested; respond to your inquiry; process payment for workshops and retainers; and, where you've opted in, send occasional updates about Komselj's work.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us run the site — Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and form submissions), and Resend (email delivery) — each of whom processes it only to perform that specific function.
When you request a free diagnostic audit, we collect your email address to deliver the PDF and, unless you unsubscribe, to follow up with related resources. You can opt out of future emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by writing to hello@komselj.com.
We keep contact and transaction information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and as required by tax and accounting obligations. You can request that we delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@komselj.com.
Our hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
