How Komselj handles your data.
Short version: we collect what you tell us. We use it for the thing you submitted it for. We don't sell, rent, or share it.
What we collect When you submit a form on this site — an audit request, a contact brief, an expression of interest — we collect what you typed into it: name, email, organisation, role, and the substance of your message. Nothing else.
What we don't We don't run third-party trackers or ad pixels. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners. We don't enrich your submission with external data sources.
Hosting & forms The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms and stored in our admin inbox. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to delivery infrastructure.
Retention Audit form submissions are kept long enough to deliver the audit and a short follow-up. After that, we either move you to a working engagement file (if we end up working together) or delete the submission.
Your rights Write to hello@komselj.com and we'll show you, correct, or delete what we hold. We aim to respond inside ten business days.
Mirror Cohort & Retreat applications Expression-of-interest submissions are held year-over-year for invitation cycles. If you want to be removed from that list at any time, write to us and we'll remove you.
